Visions of Gerard is a short, deeply spiritual novel by Jack Kerouac, published in 1963. Unlike many of Kerouac’s road-driven Beat works such as On the Road, this book is quiet, reflective, and autobiographical, focusing on childhood and the death of his older brother.
